The BAM200 is a small bass head that uses Class-D power amplification to deliver 200 watts. Its preamp is built around a high-voltage MOSFET stage intended to give a warm, tube-like response, and a 3-band EQ shapes the tone across different musical styles.
For live and studio use it has a DI output with a ground lift switch, so it can feed a recording rig or a front-of-house system at venues of different sizes. A built-in headphone amplifier with speaker emulation makes it usable for quiet practice as well.
The chassis is made of steel for road use, and the head is small enough to be carried in a gig bag.
