The ANNY 12 is the largest speaker in the ANNY series. It combines a 12" woofer and a 1" tweeter in an active Class D design rated at 185 W RMS and 215 W peak, with a maximum peak SPL of 122 dB. A second-generation DynX DSP keeps the sound clean at high volume. Five application presets (MUSIC, LIVE, VOCAL, ECO, FLAT) set the voicing.

The built-in 6-channel mixer has a 3-band EQ plus reverb and delay. Inputs are two mic/line XLR combo sockets, a stereo input on a 3.5 mm jack or RCA, and Bluetooth 5.0 with AAC. A priority function lowers the music whenever a chosen microphone is used. A footswitch input switches the effects hands-free. Two rear slots take ANNY wireless receiver modules, so up to two wireless microphones can be added later. Two units can be linked in True Wireless Stereo.

Power comes from four removable batteries. The hot-swap function lets the speaker keep playing while a depleted battery is replaced, as long as one is still connected. Runtime is up to 50 hours in ECO at medium volume and about 5 hours at maximum volume in MUSIC. For transport there are wheels, a telescopic handle and carrying handles. A 35 mm flange allows stand mounting, and a USB-C port can charge a phone or tablet. A holder for a phone or tablet is built in.
