Tri Parallel Mixer

The Tri Parallel Mixer provides three separate effects loops, each with its own send and return jacks and footswitch. The loops can be blended together to build parallel signal chains, which gives results that are not possible when pedals are connected one after another. An XOR mode switches between loops one at a time without gaps.

Each channel has a send level, a return level, an EQ control that shapes the returning signal, and a phase switch that inverts the signal at the send jack. A dry volume control sets how much unprocessed signal reaches the output, and a master volume sets the overall level. Double-tapping any footswitch puts the unit into master bypass, where the input connects straight to the output.

Besides loop mixing, the unit can send one instrument to three amplifiers, or combine three instruments into a single output. It uses analog audio circuitry with digital control and a buffered bypass, and runs from the supplied 9.6VDC power adapter.
