QD35

The QD35 is a two-way tabletop speaker that combines wireless audio, a lighting display and a built-in multi-port charger in one unit. A DSP chipset splits the signal between a 3" mid-bass driver with an aluminium alloy diaphragm and a 1" silk dome tweeter, each driven by its own channel of a TI closed-loop digital amplifier. Total output is 40W RMS (25W mid-bass plus 15W treble), enough to cover a room of around 50m². Bass-reflex channels and a noise suppression design are used to limit port noise and resonance.

Music can be played over Bluetooth V5.3 with LDAC support, which allows streaming at up to 96kHz sampling rate, or through the USB-A and AUX inputs on the rear panel, both of which accept high-resolution signals. The speaker carries Hi-Res Audio and Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification.

The unit also works as a charger, with USB-A and USB-C ports delivering up to 35W using GaN technology, with temperature control and smart power assignment. Preset light effects can be selected, and the Edifier Connect app allows custom light effects, clock sync, preset and custom EQs, and sharing of EQ settings.
