KSM9

The KSM9 is a wired handheld condenser vocal microphone built for live performance. It uses a dual-diaphragm design with a low-mass, gold-layered Mylar capsule, and the pickup pattern can be switched between supercardioid and cardioid. Response is kept consistent across the frequency range, which gives more gain before feedback and reduces proximity effect.

The electronics use Class A transformerless preamplifier circuitry with premium components. Internal and external connectors, including the XLR output, are gold plated, and the housing is aluminum. An advanced suspension shock mount helps isolate the capsule from handling noise.

The microphone connects through its XLR output. It is also offered as a wireless handheld transmitter version for Axient, UHF-R and ULX-D systems. A zippered carrying case, a stand adapter and a 5/8" to 3/8" thread adapter are included.
