The DJ-707M is a four-channel controller built around Serato DJ Pro, with hot cues, loops, rolls, pitch play and slicer. It also carries DSP taken from Roland's digital audio consoles, so it can act as the sound console for an event as well as the DJ surface. Ten scene memories store audio routing, speaker management and system setups for instant recall.
Master, booth and zone outputs each have their own loudspeaker management with four-band EQ, multiband compression, limiter and mono mode. Built-in feedback suppression adjusts the speaker output automatically. The mic section has studio-quality preamps with gain, low-cut and noise gate, plus three-band EQ and dedicated effects such as reverb, delay, auto-pitch and auto-ducking. Each channel has a Filter/FX knob, and Deck 3 holds a TR drum machine while Deck 4 can be set to onboard sound effects.
Two USB B ports allow two computers to be connected at once, and USB B also works as a standard audio interface. The unit is Serato DVS Upgrade Ready, has a fully adjustable crossfader, and uses reinforced metal construction. Front-facing jacks take guest performers or extra microphones.
