The MF3 is a compact personal voice amplifier built around a 3-inch mid-range/treble driver rated at 3 W. A 9.7 mm microphone with a calibrated pick-up range is intended to limit pickup of ambient sound and reduce feedback, so a speaker can talk at a normal level and still reach a larger audience indoors or outdoors.
The curved, sling-bag-inspired body weighs 0.3 kg. It comes with a 1.4 m adjustable lanyard and a belt buckle, so it can be carried on the shoulder, across the body or around the waist. A 2200 mAh lithium polymer battery with power management supports up to 20 hours of continuous use.
For connection, the unit has two AUX inputs. Through the 3.5 mm AUX jack it can be linked to a laptop, tablet, phone or MP3 player to play music through the same speaker.
